Tilden Park 2016

    Tilden Park

      http://journey-history.blogspot.com/

Super Bloom

Thank you for your compliments. If you want to go, I can give you some advice. Because we only saw some locations in Death Valley, we are not good enough to suggest a good route to the general public. It all depends on the interests, the time and the schedule of that person. You know that DesertUSA has a good website for info:

Most people fly to Las Vegas and rent a car to drive to Death Valley. The driving is much easier and Las Vegas has better hotels.
We took the California entrance that we could drive directly from home. Interestingly we encountered a wind storm in the next day afternoon and there was snow falling on the mountains of Route 395 at night. We took Route 95 up to Reno and back home. Route 395 is a very pretty route but Route 95 is interesting. People are leaving Nevada and abandon their homes. So there are a few ghost towns on the way.

That means religious activities. I added 信念 (belief, purpose…) because there are people not religious. In boarder view, it means group activities with some common interests. This probably is the same thing as “Keep social connections” mentioned by Gloria Yuan in 「Grant Study」.
Look to me, most health approaches are basically the same if they can be understood scientifically.

Do you know or read the book by Neil Pasricha: “The happiness equation: Want Nothing + Do Anything = Have Everything”

I do not know Neil Pasricha. It is very nice of you sharing your experiences here. Can you also share that experience that your doctor learnt from you?
I think it all comes down to reducing stress. If a person wants nothing, he certainly has no stress.
I have a real-life experience about my neighbor’s father. He lived to 103 years old with very clear mind. It seems like his life style quite fulfills my health discussion. May be I can establish case study on this. Need to ask his sons more.
